CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 6:18 pm by Supervisor Entwistle

LEGAL NOTICE:
Supervisor Entwistle read the legal notice aloud.

PUBLIC COMMMENTS:
Supervisor Entwistle read the following letter aloud from Margaret Petersen

• Mr. Flickinger, from the gallery asked what the non-conforming lot means.
• Supervisor Entwistle stated most houses along that stretch are within the blue line.
• The house is already too close to the water according to the Canal Authority and this will make it a little closer. They want to take the deck off, add an addition and put the deck back on 8 or so feet. They are asking the setback for the addition be reduced from 100’ to 29’ from the mean high water and the 50’ to 36’ from the road boundary line.
• Blue line water regulations were discussed.

ADJOURNMENT:
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to adjourn the meeting.
