CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 11:00 am by Supervisor Entwistle. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. The legal notice was read aloud.

BUDGET AMENDMENTS:
General:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Kardash and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to approve the following budget amendments.
4 ayes/ 0 nays/1 absent MOTION CARRIED

Highway:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Verschneider and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to approve the following budget amendments.
4 ayes/ 0 nays/1 absent MOTION CARRIED

Water:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Abrial and seconded by Councilwoman Verschneider to approve the following budget amendments.
4 ayes/ 0 nays/1 absent MOTION CARRIED

ABSTRACTS:
GENERAL:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Verschneider and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to pay Abstract #12-A – Vouchers #673-#681 in the amount of $1,596.04.

HIGHWAY:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Kardash and seconded by Councilwoman Verschneider to pay Abstract #12-A – Vouchers #443-#454 in the amount of $7,954.60.

SEWER:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Kardash and seconded by
Councilwoman Abrial to pay Abstract #12-A – Vouchers #92-#93 in the amount of $71.93.

WATER:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Kardash and seconded by Councilwoman Verschneider to pay Abstract #12-A – Voucher #168 in the amount of $135.80.

OTHER BUSINESS:
Supervisor Entwistle stated for the record, after twelve years of service, this is Councilwoman Kardash’s last Town Board meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
A motion was made by Councilman and seconded by Councilwoman to adjourn the meeting.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:12 am by Supervisor Entwistle.
