• The oil tank needs to be replaced. The lifespan is 20 years, and it is 27 years old. The DEC flagged it because the alarm doesn’t work. It is $321,000 for a new one. The current one is 10,000 gallons and they would like to replace it with a 5,000 or 5,500 tank. Lucas Kafka, Building & Maintenance Supervisor would like to switch the boilers to propane.
• Central Data has $9500 in for new computers. Desktops need to be replaced.
• Demo and Unsafe buildings- $10,000 a
• Seniors have an increase to $12,000
• Zoning- $20,000

Beechwood is in the market for a new computer. Supervisor Entwistle mentioned Total Solutions wiping one out and giving it to the Cemetery for them to use.
