CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 6:34 pm by Supervisor Entwistle

TOWN CLERK MINUTES:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Kardash and seconded by Councilwoman Verschneider to accept the minutes from the December 15 ,2021 Special Sewer District #1 Meeting.

ABSTRACTS:
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to pay Abstract #1– Vouchers #1- #8 in the amount of $25,592.35.

Supervisor Entwistle stated $24,500 is for the engineering report for Jack Dodson for the Waste Water Improvement Grant and $19,600 is grant money; the town’s portion is a little over $4,000.00.

SEWER REPORT:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Kardash and seconded by Councilwoman Verschneider to accept the monthly sewer report.

OLD BUSINESS:

• WWIP Grant: The Town has been awarded one million dollars for sewer upgrades through NYS. The Town is responsible for 25%. The grant writer is working on another grant to offset the cost. The upgrades are state mandated.
