NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Forestport will be holding an Area Variance Hearing on October 19, 2022, at 6:15 PM at the Woodgate Fire Hall, 12445 State Rt. 28, Woodgate, NY 13494.  The Area Variance Hearing is being held to review and accept public comments on an application from Mark Fuller for a pavilion on a non-conforming lot.  An approximate lot size of 176’ x 243’ +/-, tax map no. 85.002-1-60, 338 Buck Lane, Forestport, NY 13338.
