NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Forestport will be holding an Area Variance Hearing on January 18, 2023, at 6:15 PM at the Forestport Town Hall, 10275 Rt. 28, Forestport, NY.  The Area Variance Hearing is being held to review and accept public comments on an application from Wesley and Amy Kraeger for a new construction residence on a non-conforming lot with a side setback less than ten feet.  An approximate 0.25 +/- acre of land, tax map no. 85.004-1-18, located at 11252 O’Brien Road, Remsen, N.Y, 13438.
