PUBLIC HEARING:
Meeting called to order at 6:45 pm by Chairwoman Ritter
• Subdivision: (A. Bailey) Treminio/Martinez (formerly Pierce)
8038 River Street, Parcel #50.000-1-22.6
There were no comments from the public – Meeting Closed at 7:00 pm on motion from Ultsch/Terry

MONTHLY MEETING:
• Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm
• September 14, 2022 Minutes approved on motion by Ultsch/Ritter
• Requested subdivision at Parcel #50.000-1-22.6 was reviewed with Mr. Bailey, and approved on motion by Ultsch/Ritter.

There being no new business brought before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 pm on motion from Terry/Ultsch.

Next meeting is scheduled for November 9, 2022
