Public Hearing Called to order at 6:30 PM by Chairman Rejman

Maps of proposed Subdivision were again reviewed; there were no public
comments.
Meeting was adjourned at 6:40 PM (Terry/Daktor)

New Business:

Discussion:
• Continuing discussion regarding possible permits and regulation of Small Box Discount stores: with many thoughts and unanswered questions. Most prominent was researching the possibility of extending the current moratorium until more research can be done, and the Site Review Law has been updated. Controlling building standards and styles to preserve the character of the community will also be further reviewed.
The discussion was tabled to the January meeting pending more research (DeTraglia/Waldo)

• 1968 Bear Creek Rd, Woodgate: Tax ID 19.000-1-11. The Board reviewed a query from J. Allison regarding his desire to subdivide his newly-acquired 3.2 acre property. A response detailing the Board’s outstanding questions will be sent to Mr. Allison, and he will be invited to the December meeting to provide more detailed information. (Waldo/Daktor)
