Public Hearing

Maps were reviewed, and it was noted that the properties are currently undeveloped. There were no Public comments.

Monthly Meeting
Called to order at 6:45 pm
Old Business:
• G. Dombrowski: 4-Lot Subdivision, Tax ID 26.000-1-11.1, Pit 4 Rd
(N. Polce)
o Having been reviewed at the Public Hearing with no adverse commentary, the Subdivision was approved (Daktor/Waldo)
New Business:
• T.Olds/K. Bauder: Boundary Line Adjustment, Tax ID 52.000-1-35.2 and 52.000-1-35.1, North Lake Rd (D. Frymire)
o Owners wish to reconfigure the lots to ‘standard’ lots with 200 ft. road frontages. Approved (Terry/Waldo)
• Solar Farms: L. Fessler addressed the Board and presented current information regarding changes in rules for solar farms since the Town wrote their law.
Upon discussion, it was determined that the Town may possibly need to tweak or update the current law to encompass new regulations, and perhaps add stronger language for maintenance, decommissioning the farms, and disposal of the panels.
Updated guides will be requested from Tug Hill Commission for review at the June meeting, and the item was tabled until then for further discussion. (DeTraglia/Daktor)
