• Meeting was called to Order at 6:30 pm by Co-Chairman Daktor
• The April 8 Minutes were approved (Terry/DeTraglia)

Public Hearing
• R. Tremenio, 2-Lot Subdivision: Tax ID 50.000-1-22.1
8037 River St., Forestport A. Bailey again reviewed the maps.
No public input.

Monthly Meeting

Approved on motion by Daktor/Waldo

• J. Huss (R. Caffero) Change of Use: Tax ID 50.003-1-47
12188 Woodhull St, Forestport
Plans for boat storage on the property were outlined: It will be used for storage only (of approx. eight boats); access and possible screening was discussed; and a letter of authorization from the property owner was requested.

A Public Hearing was scheduled for June 10 (Terry/Daktor)

Discussion:
• Tax Parcel 68.000-2-22, Bellingertown Rd: A. Bailey advised the Board of an impending subdivision and sought the Board’s input regarding road frontage on the properties. The Board found no issue with it, and Mr. Bailey will submit final maps/paperwork for review at a later date.
• L. Fessler, and R. Davies of Trackside Blazers snowmobile club advised the Board of the Club’s statistics for the past year.
