PUBLIC HEARING
• H. Bauza, Subdivision, Tax ID 67.001-3-3, 12062 Woodhull St, Forestport
(A. Bailey) Put on hold pending possible changes in boundaries

BOARD MEETING
• Approved May14, 2025 Minutes (DeTraglia/Terry)

New Business
• H. Regner: Subdivision, Tax ID 51.000-2-63.2, Lots 42S and 43S, Snowbird Lake (A. Bailey) Wishes to re-subdivide his parcel into two lots. Board authorized the boundary line adjustment (Terry/DeTraglia)

• R. Reith: 2-Lot Subdivision, Tax ID 8.000-1-2.3, 13422 Rt. 28 (D. Frymire)
Mr. Reith presented maps and outlined plans for the subdivision. The Board found no issue, and scheduled a Public Hearing for August 13 at 6:30 pm (DeTraglia/Terry)
Old Business:
• Solar Farm discussion continued from March meeting

Discussion:
• Discussion also regarding the numerous Air BnB’s in the area: how they might be regulated
• The moratorium on small box stores was noted
• The Board will request a draft copy of the new Comprehensive Plan
