PLANNING BOARD MINUTES

July 12, 2023     

 

MEMBERS:

Paul Rejman – Chairman                                     Dave Ultsch

Adam Daktor – Co-Chairman                             Tyler Terry

Allison Damiano-DeTraglia                                 Sandy Pascucci, Secretary

 

PUBLIC HEARING:

  • Roberts/T. Hulser: New business permit to operate a General Store.  12346 SR 28,  Tax ID 13.000-1-13.2

Public Comments:

  • Loveland questioned whether ingress/egress to the business would change. (it will not).  He was also apprised of the business summary for the intended business.
  • Ultsch was concerned that people would be using the snowmobile trail adjacent to his property in the summer to access the store. It was pointed out that the Board would only be addressing the issue of a Business Permit, and any civil matters would need to be taken up privately with the landowner.

 

Meeting adjourned at 6:45 pm on motion from Damiano-DeTraglia/Terry with Mr. Ultsch recusing himself.

 

 

MONTHLY MEETING: 

  • June 14, 2023 Minutes approved on motion from Daktor/Terry

 

Old Business

  • An overview of B. Roberts’ request for a Business Permit was reviewed, with the Board again reminding Mr. Ultsch that civil issues are not under the governance of the Board.
  • The Business Permit was approved on motion from Terry/ Damiano-DeTraglia. Vote:    Aye:  Rejman, Daktor, Damiano-DeTraglia, Terry

                              Opposed:  Ultsch

 

There being no new business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm
