PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
December 14, 2022

MEMBERS:

PUBLIC HEARING:
• Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm with four members present, in addition to Supervisor Entwistle. (P. Rejman and S. Pascucci – absent)
• Happy Lake Campground (C. Luther: M. McDonald) / A. Bailey
Parcel 863000-3-1, O’Brien Rd., 4-Lot Subdivision
o A. Bailey presented updated maps explaining the proposed subdivision
o A discussion ensued regarding Campground Rd and Kayuta Terr.
o There was no public comment
o Meeting was adjourned at 6:45 pm (Ultsch/Daktor)

MONTHLY MEETING:
• Meeting called to order with Four members present; P. Rejman absent
• November 9, 2022 Minutes were approved on motion from Terry/Ultsch; G. Ritter abstaining

New Business
• Happy Lake Campground (C. Luther: M. McDonald) / A. Bailey
Parcel 863000-3-1, O’Brien Rd., 4-Lot Subdivision was approved on motion
from Daktor/Ritter

• Wesley Kraeger: Parcel 85.004-1-18. 11252 O’Brien Rd. Variance request
o The side lot setback is within 10 ft. on both sides: 9 ft. on the deck side, and +/-8 ft. on the entryway
o Septic design and well/septic distance were discussed
o A motion was made to deny the Variance request (Daktor/Ultsch), and the matter was remanded to the Town Board

• Further to the Board’s discussions regarding a review of the Town’s Road Frontage requirements, M. Johnson of the Tug Hill Commission has offered to meet with the Board on the subject.
