• B. Judge: Boundary Line Adjustment (A. Bailey)
Owner’s 5 parcels are all non-conforming; boundary line adjustment requested to accommodate property alignments for potential sale. Maps reviewed. Approved: Waldo/Daktor
Discussion:
• Recent application for a Cannabis Dispensary was discussed. General consensus was that no decision can be reached until the entire application has been submitted/reviewed; and then the decision must be based on the Town’s existing Site Review Laws.
