• Pledge of Allegiance
• Review and Approve January 14 Minutes (Daktor/Terry)

New Business:
• R. Tremenio, 2-Lot Subdivision: Tax ID 50.000-1-22.1
8037 River St., Forestport (A. Bailey)

Maps of proposed subdivision were reviewed, and explanation provided by A. Bailey. Public Hearing set for May 13

Discussion:
A recommendation from Planning will be sent to the Town Board recommending an extension of the present moratorium for small box stores/commercial development until updated property guidelines are addressed in the Site Review Law update.
