• Minutes of the September 8, 2024 meeting approved (Lambert/Thomas)

New Business:
• T. Arrowsmith, Tax ID 5.001-2-52, 13937 SR 28, Otter Lake
Requires Variance for proposed placement of new rear deck
o Since no property survey was available, Board found it difficult to substantiate property boundaries and therefore building placements.
o T. Donatelli, Codes Officer, joined the meeting and reiterated the need for a property survey – both to protect the owner, and to allow the Town to make viable decisions regarding the request.
o Matter was tabled until May 27 pending receipt of a property survey. (Thomas/Lambert)
