MINUTES
July 5, 2023

The Meeting was called to order by S. Addison at 6:30 pm.

• Charles/Linda Burns, 11309 McKoon Rd, Tax ID 85.001-2-30
Require a Variance for placement of waste water treatment unit which would fall within five (5) feet of their boundary line.

The couple was represented by their contractor, Judd Warner, who reviewed the maps and explained the scope of work to be done.

There being no objections by the Board, a Public Hearing was scheduled for July 26, 2023 at 6:30 pm.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 pm on motion by J. LeBuis/S. Addison
