ABSENT: No members of the Town Board were absent.

CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 6:30P.M. by Councilwoman Abrial.

LEGAL NOTICE:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Forestport will be holding a Workshop Meeting on: September 28, 2026, at 6:30PM, at the Forestport Town Hall, 10275 Rte. 28, Forestport, NY. The Workshop is being held to discuss the proposed 2027 annual budget.

 The meeting scheduled for September 28th was postponed until the 29th due to lack of a quorum. The change was published on the town website, sent to email subscribers and via text.

COMMENTS:
• Old Forge Ambulance- 5% increase
• NorthStar Ambulance – They already have a 3-year contract in place.
• Carl Thomas brought a traffic study packet to the Town Board. The triangle of land is actually owned by the Town, not the county. There are several grants available to complete the project and he requested it be added to the budget.
• Discussion took place regarding raises.
• Jen Hartsig is applying for a grant to build a new Town Barn.
• Jim Huss will be entering an agreement with the town for the Woodhull Road home.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to enter into Executive Session.
5 ayes/ 0 nays/0 absent MOTION CARRIED
The Board returned from Executive Session at 7:33 P.M. with no action taken.

ADJOURNMENT:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Abrial and seconded by Councilman Scouten to adjourn the meeting.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:35 P.M. by Supervisor Entwistle.
