• Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm
• Pledge of Allegiance

Public Hearings:
• Morrison/Dillon, Tax ID 8.001-1-6&7, Little Long Lake Road, Woodgate
Setback Variance from 50 to 38 ft. (A. Bailey)
o Three area residents spoke in opposition to the new structure, but were reminded that the Hearing was only set to review the road setback
o Two residents voiced concern over a possible lack of adequate parking with the proposed setback. However, this was refuted as it was pointed out that there is adequate parking on their property across the road.
o Hearing closed at 7:05 pm (Fessler/Thomas)

• Andrew Petronio, Setback Variance request: Tax ID 67.002-1-14.2 Kincaide Rd, Forestport (D. Frymire)
o There was a question of the area of the setback being wetlands. It is a non-regulated flood zone, and the setback meets DEC requirements, per D. Frymire.
o Hearing closed at 7:15 pm (Fessler/Thomas)

• D. Lopiccolo, Variance request for replacement deck: Tax ID 85.001-3-35
5508 Lakeshore Rd, Remsen
o Lot survey and plans were reviewed.
o Letter of support was received from neighboring property owner
o Hearing closed at 7:25 pm (Fessler/Thomas)

Regular Meeting commenced at 7:27 pm:
• May Minutes wording amended regarding Petronio review. (Lambert/Fessler)

o The Board reviewed the list of Factors to be Considered and, all being in agreement, passed the Variance request

o The Board reviewed the list of Factors to be Considered and, all being in agreement, passed the Variance request

o The Board reviewed the list of Factors to be Considered and, all being in agreement, passed the Variance request

• Morrison/Dillon, Tax ID 8.001-1-6&7, Little Long Lake Road, Woodgate
(A. Bailey) Outlined a problem with the septic field. A Public Hearing was scheduled for July 22 at 6:30 pm
