January 14, 2025

MEMBERS:

• Meeting called to order at 6:30 by Chairman Rejman
• November 12, 2025 Minutes were approved (DeTraglia/Terry)

New Business:
• Tax ID 8.003-1-4, 284/290 Long Lake Road, Woodgate
Request to rectify former illegal subdivision (Bryn Piersma, Surveyor)
Boundary Line Adjustment approved (Daktor/Terry)

• Tax ID 8.001-1-8, Stone Quarry Rd, White Lake
Red Rock Quarry DOT permit requests
o DOT sign-off continues to be an obstacle to final approval for the Quarry
o However, DOT may be agreeable to permitting if the Town Board is willing to put up a Performance Bond to bring Quarry Rd up to spec
o Sunderlins were asked to submit an updated SEQR; after which an updated 239 request will be submitted
o Attendees were reminded that the Planning Board does not oversee or control highway safety
o There was a question raised of Who owns the road: It was pointed out that this a legal matter, and is not for the Planning Board to decide
o Public comments were not accepted as this was a Planning meeting, not a Public Hearing, and a full application has not been submitted.
o The matter will be reviewed at the upcoming Town Board Meeting, 1/21/26
