PUBLIC HEARING
• Camp Moore – Tax ID 8.000-1-9.3, 111 Newell Road: sites of proposed septic, and new garage do not meet code (Kamp Consulting)
o Plans reviewed; there were no public comments

MEETING:

Old Business:
• Camp Moore – Tax ID 8.000-1-9.3, 111 Newell Road: sites of proposed septic, and new garage do not meet code (Kamp Consulting)
Setbacks: road to garage; septic to road; and septic to garage: unanimously Approved

New Business:
• T. Colebeck – Tax ID 13.001-2-76, 43 Point Road, Woodgate: requires variance for boathouse setbacks.
o Mr. Colebeck attended via Zoom, and clarified the plans the committee has reviewed.
Public Hearing scheduled for June 25, 6:30 pm (Thomas/Fessler)

• D. Femia – Tax ID 85.002-1-82, 5570 Lake Shore Dr., Forestport requires variance for placement of new shed
o Mr. Femia reviewed his request, presenting maps for the Board’s review, and a
Public Hearing is scheduled for June 25, 6:45 pm (Thomas/Fessler)
