January 8, 2025

PUBLIC HEARING
Public Hearing called to order at 6:30 pm by Co-Chairman Daktor
• James Redner, Tax ID 19.001-1-4.3, 12228 SR 28, Woodgate: Change of Use
[28 North Bar and Grill]
o Updated maps, drawings, and information were presented by A. Bailey, addressing all of the issues previously cited. Messrs. Turczyn and Jablonski submitted letters to the Board outlining their concerns (attached)
o Public attendees were invited to view all the maps, drawings, and information; and their questions/concerns were addressed.
The Public Hearing was closed at 6:55 on motion by DeTraglia/Terry

PLANNING MEETING
• Meeting called to order at 6:55 pm by Co-Chairman Daktor
• November 13, 2024 Minutes were approved (Terry/Daktor)

o Conversation continued regarding Redner’s Change of Use request. The Board addressed the issues, reminding attendees that further consideration regarding building permits and septic will be handled by Codes, and traffic issues will be overseen by DOT.
o It was also pointed out that Rt. 28 is a commercial corridor, with many other established businesses.
o Upon their review of all the information presented and the arguments put forth, the Board found no grounds to deny the application; and it was approved as presented (Terry/DeTraglia)

Old Business
• James Williams, Tax ID 14.000-1-41, 1645 Bear Creek Rd: Subdivision was approved on April 10, pending APA approval. It was reported that the Approval has been received, and the matter is closed.

• Meeting Adjourned at 7:50 pm. Next meeting scheduled for February 12, 2025
