MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilwoman Abrial
Councilman Addison
Councilwoman Verschneider
Councilman Scouten
Supervisor Entwistle

MEMBERS ABSENT: No members of the Board were absent.

CALL TO ORDER:
Supervisor Entwistle called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.

LETTERS OF REAPPOINTMENT:
There were no letters of reappointment.

APPOINTMENTS:
Supervisor Entwistle mentioned Ryan Abrial is the new Code Enforcement Officer and Lucas Kafka is the new Maintenance Worker. Dave Ultsch, Planning Board member has resigned effective immediately. Supervisor Entwistle asked Councilman Addison to reach out to the Planning Board of Appeals members to see if one may be interested in filling the Planning Board vacancy. If so, an advertisement will be placed for the Planning Board of Appeals on a temporary basis, as Jeff will be resuming that role in the future.
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to approve the annual appointments.

PROCUREMENT, INVESTMENT, CREDIT CARD, CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PUBLIC MEETINGS, REMOTE PARTICIPATION, WORKPLACE VIOLENCE AND PREVENTION, SEXUAL HARASSMENT, TRAVEL, FORESTPORT FUEL CONSERVATION AND CODE OF ETHICS POLICIES:
A motion was made by Councilman Addison and seconded by Councilwoman Verschneider to approve the Procurement, Investment, Credit Card, Code of Conduct for Public Meetings, Remote Participation, Workplace Violence and Prevention, Sexual Harassment, Travel, Forestport Fuel Conservation and Code of Ethics Policies as a whole.

GENERAL RULES AND 2025 EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS:
Supervisor Entwistle mentioned The Tax Collector hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9-1 for the month of January, the 14th and 28th for the month of February and the 10th and 31st for the month of March.
A motion was made by Councilman Addison and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to approve the General Rules and 2025 Employee Benefits and Official Holidays as a whole.

TOWN BOARD AND PLANNING BOARD MEETING DATES:
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilman Addison to approve the Town Board and Planning Board meeting dates.

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, a motion was made by Councilman Addison and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to adjourn the meeting at 6:41 P.M.
