PLANNING BOARD MINUTES

October 9, 2024

MEMBERS:

• Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm
• Pledge of Allegiance
• September 11, 2024 Minutes were approved (DeTraglia/Terry)

Old Business:
• Allan Kotary (represented by Jeffrey Moore), Tax IDs 86.000-3-4, 86.000-3-5.3 10958 Campground Road: 3-Lot Subdivision
o Mr. Moore presented updated maps showing the proposed property changes. It was determined to be a simple boundary line adjustment instead of a subdivision. Approved Terry/DeTraglia

• James Redner, Tax ID 19.001-1-4.3, 12228 SR 28, Woodgate: Change of Use
o Represented by A. Bailey who provided maps, outlined and explained plans for the building, parking, lighting, septic, proposed hours of operation, etc.
o It was suggested that (green) screening be added along the Isley property line
o It was also suggested that the trash receptacles be made animal proof
o The item was tabled for review until the November meeting pending the traffic impact assessment currently being done.

• Sunderlins (Red Rock Quarry), Tax ID 8.000-1-8, Stone Quarry Rd:
Business Permit
o There has been no new information received regarding this issue.
o Item was tabled to the November meeting (Ultsch/Terry)
