Meeting was called to order at 6:35 pm, with no one from the Public present.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:50 pm on motion by Thomas/Fessler

AUGUST MEETING

Meeting was called to order at 6:50 pm
• July 24 Minutes were approved on motion by Fessler/Thomas

Old Business
• Anthony Donatelli, Tax ID 50.000-1-3, Irish Settlement Road, Forestport
2-Lot Subdivision
The Board had previously reviewed the information regarding the requested Subdivision, and could find no opposition to it. However, the County 239 had not yet been received, so it was proposed that the subdivision be approved pending approval of the 239 from the County. (Thomas/Fessler)
