CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 8:15AM pm by Supervisor Entwistle. Supervisor Entwistle read the legal notice aloud.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Forestport will be holding a Special Meeting on June 26, 2024, at 8:15AM at the Forestport Town Hall, 10275 State Route 28, Forestport, NY. The Special Meeting is being held to amend the Bridge NY resolution previously passed at the June 20, 2024, Town Board meeting. Voting will take place.

BOARD COMMENTS:
Supervisor Entwistle explained the amount was $97,170 and needed to be $102, 600.
A motion was made by Councilman Addison and seconded by Councilman Scouten to approve the following resolution for Bridge NY, amending resolution #6 of 2023.
3 ayes/ 0 nays/2 absent MOTION CARRIED

PUBLIC COMMENT:
There was no one from the public in attendance.

ADJOURNMENT:

A motion was made by Councilman Addison and seconded by Councilman Scouten to adjourn the meeting.
3 ayes/ 0 nays/2 absent MOTION CARRIED
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:17AM by Supervisor Entwistle.
