New Business:
• James Matteson, Tax ID 26.000-1-15.1, 11544 SR 28, Forestport
3-Lot Subdivision requiring Variance for the proposed entrance to Lot 3.

D. Frymire reviewed the maps and submitted a summary of his findings, and responded to questions from the Board members arising from their site visits.

The requested 239 from DOT concerning the 50 ft. entrance to proposed Lot 3 has not yet been received.

A public hearing was scheduled for July 24, and surrounding landowners will be advised.
