RE: Clark Wellman, 1046 Norton Rd, Tax ID 2.003-2-67: Variance to build carport
within five feet of property line

Public Hearing was called to order at 6:30 pm. There were no members of the public present; and the meeting was closed at 6:45 pm on motion from Thomas/Fessler

April 24, 2024 Minutes were approved on motion from Fessler/Thomas

Discussion:
A letter of agreement/approval of the project from Mr. Wellman’s neighbor at 1038 Norton Rd. was presented. All members of the Board had previously visited the site, and had no outstanding concerns. Factors of consideration for the variance were reviewed with no adverse issues noted.

On motion by Thomas/Fessler the Board unanimously approved the request.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 pm (Fessler/Thomas)
