PUBLIC HEARING(S):
• Connor Rockhill, Bear Creek Rd, Tax ID 13.000-2-16: Business permit for Bear Creek Resort: Prospectus reviewed, maps presented, layout of cabin sites explained. Adjourned: 6:45 pm (Damiano-DeTraglia/Daktor)

• James Williams, Bear Creek Rd, Woodgate, Tax ID 14.000-1-41, Subdivision (D. Frymire) ) Now requesting 2-Lot subdivision only. Questions from neighbors (Belmonts) were answered and a map emailed to them. They had no further comment. Adjourned 7:00 pm (Daktor/Ultsch)

• Connor Rockhill, Bear Creek Rd, Tax ID 13.000-2-16: Business permit request for Bear Creek Resort (name change to Outbound Retreats, LLC: copy submitted, and maps will be updated to indicate new LLC) Approved: Daktor/Damiano-DeTraglia

• James Williams, Bear Creek Rd, Woodgate, Tax ID 14.000-1-41, 2-Lot Subdivision (D. Frymire). Conditionally approved pending APA approval. (Ultsch/Daktor)

New Business:
• Clark Wellman, 1046 Norton Rd, Tax ID 2.003-2-42: Variance to build carport within five feet of property line. Map was reviewed; item was categorically denied and sent to Board of Appeals (Terry/ Damiano-DeTraglia) [PBA Meeting on April 24, 6:30 pm]

 

• D. Lopiccolo, 5508 Lake Shore Drive, Tax ID 85.001-3-35: Digging basement under existing structure. Codes requested Planning review. T. Donatelli joined the meeting to reiterate his concerns regarding possible liabilities. It was suggested to the owner that it might be helpful if the supporting letter from their neighbor be notarized. Item was determined to be a civil matter and was removed from the Agenda

• D. Moorhead, 11189 Bellingertown Rd, Tax ID 68.000-2-15: Setback variance request was reviewed. Item was categorically denied and sent to Board of Appeals (Terry/ Damiano-DeTraglia) [PBA Meeting on April 24, 6:30 pm]

• Womack/Scharett, 1148 Bear Creek Rd: Change of Use (Only) requested for the recently purchased property. Ms. Scharett presented an outline of their proposed business functions, and future intent, along with a property map, and insurance. She emphasized
o there were no constructural changes planned at the site
o there would be no sales at the location.
o natural foliage surrounding the property will be kept dense and clean to preserve the overall forest appearance…while providing natural privacy to the neighbors.
