• March 27, 2024 Minutes: Approved (Thomas/Fessler)

New Business:
• Clark Wellman, 1046 Norton Rd, Tax ID 2.003-2-67: Variance to build carport within five feet of property line. After their review of the property and discussion with Mr. Wellman, the Board had no issues with his request. However, it was suggested that he obtain written approval from his neighbors. Public Hearing scheduled for May 22, 2024, 6:30 pm (Fessler/Thomas)

• D. Moorhead, 11189 Bellingertown Rd, Tax ID 68.000-2-15: Setback variance
Board members visited the site, reviewed the necessary variance with Mr. Moorhead, and moved to approve his request. Approved: Fessler/Thomas
