MEMBERS PRESENT:

Councilwoman Abrial
Councilman Addison
Councilwoman Verschneider
Councilman Scouten
Supervisor Entwistle

MEMBERS ABSENT: No members of the Board were absent.

RECORDING SECRETARY: Tracy Terry

CALL TO ORDER:
Supervisor Entwistle called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.

LETTERS OF REAPPOINTMENT:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Verschneider and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to approve Adam Daktor’s reappointment to the Planning Board.
5 ayes/ 0 nays/0 abstain MOTION CARRIED

APPOINTMENTS:
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilman Addison to approve the annual appointments.
5 ayes/ 0 nays/0 abstain MOTION CARRIED

PROCUREMENT, INVESTMENT AND CREDIT CARD POLICIES:
A motion was made by Councilman Verschneider and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to approve the Procurement, Investment and Credit Card Policies as a whole.
5 ayes/ 0 nays/0 abstain MOTION CARRIED

TOWN OF FORESTPORT WORKPLACE VIOLENCE, CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PUBLIC MEETINGS, REMOTE PARTICIPATION AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICIES:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Abrial and seconded by Councilman Scouten to approve the Code of Conduct for Public meetings, Remote Participation Policy, Workplace Violence, Sexual Harassment and Travel Policies as a whole.
5 ayes/ 0 nays/0 abstain MOTION CARRIED

CODE OF ETHICS:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Verschneider and seconded by Councilman Addison to approve the Code of Ethics Policy.

GENERAL RULES:
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to approve the General Rules.

• Supervisor Entwistle mentioned his office hours are going to be Mondays 8Am-12PM as they were not under General Rules.
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS/OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS
Supervisor Entwistle mentioned the Town Clerk brought it to his attention Juneteenth is on the third Wednesday of the month in June. The June meeting is moved to the 20th, a Thursday.
A motion was made by Councilwoman Abrial and seconded by Councilman Addison to approve the Employee Benefits/Holidays.

TOWN BOARD AND PLANNING BOARD MEETING DATES:
A motion was made by Councilman Addison and seconded by Councilwoman Verschneider to approve the Town Board and Planning Board meeting dates.

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, a motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilman Addison to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 pm.
