PUBLIC HEARING

Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairman Addison (in person and via Zoom).
• Daniel Cowen – Tax Parcel 2.003-2-64, 1041 Norton Road (Otter Lake)
Variance request for placement of new septic system

Information reviewed/verified with Mr. Cowen regarding placement of his new system. Mr. Beno, a neighbor, joined the meeting and stated his support/ approval of the project.

REGULAR MEETING
Called to order at 6:45 pm.
• Minutes of the November 20, 2023 were approved (LeBuis/Fessler)

Variance request for placement of new septic system.
The Board members had previously visited the site, reviewed all pertinent information, and with no further questions voted to approve the variance (LeBuis/Fessler)
