Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairman Addison. J. LeBuis was absent.

New Business
• Eleanor Connick – Tax Parcel 2.003-1-39, 4105 Lakeview Rd (Otter Lake)
Variance request for placement of new septic system.
Motion made to send the issue to a Public Hearing (Fessler/Addison)

• Daniel Cowen – Tax Parcel 2.003-2-64, 1041 Norton Road (Otter Lake)
Variance request for placement of new septic system
Current information was reviewed with Mr. Cowen who is awaiting updated plans. The matter was tabled until next meeting.

• ID badges will be made so members are readily identifiable when visiting properties to gather information.

• Chairman Addison made a motion to move the November meeting to November 20 to avoid conflict with the upcoming holiday. (Passed)
