PUBLIC HEARING
Charles/Linda Burns, 11309 McKoon Rd, Tax ID 85.001-2-30
Requires Variance for placement of waste water treatment unit.
Judd Warner, Contractor

Members of the community attended the meeting and voiced their concerns about the proposed system and its location. Engineered drawings were provided for their scrutiny, and the system functions and logistics were explained – all to their ultimate satisfaction.

6:55 PM The Board members reviewed the variance request, and noted that they had both visited the site, checked measurements, and reviewed the specs on the proposed unit. Having no issue with any of this, and no further comments from the public, a motion was made, and passed, to grant the variance. (J. LeBuis/S. Addison)
