PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
March 8, 2023

MEMBERS:
Paul Rejman – Chairman Dave Ultsch
Adam Daktor Tyler Terry

MONTHLY MEETING:
• Call Meeting to order
• Pledge of Allegiance
• Review and Approved February 8, 2023 Minutes

New Business
• Adam Daktor was appointed new Co-Chairman on motion by Ultsch/Terry

• New Board member, Allison Damiano-DeTraglia was welcomed

• Don Frank, Parcel 13.003-4-88, 10 Fox Lane, Woodgate
Change of Use – to sell firearms from his home location. Mr. Frank stated that he will be selling firearms he will purchase out of state, and mainly to family and friends. He will also be doing some pistol-smithing. The County ATF has given their approval, and a copy of his license will be submitted for the file.
A public hearing was scheduled for April 12, 2023 – motion by Ultsch/Daktor

• There was further discussion regarding the formation of a 3-member Town Board of Appeals to handle Variance requests, as outlined in the NYS Town Laws. This will be put before the Town Board for review.
