ABSENT: No members of the town Board were absent.

CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 6:31 pm by Supervisor Entwistle.
TOWN CLERK MINUTES:
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to accept the minutes from the December 21, 2022 Water District #1 Meeting.
5 ayes/ 0 nays/0 abstain/ 0 absent MOTION CARRIED
BUDGET AMENDMENTS:
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilwoman Kardash to approve the following Budget Amendments.
5 ayes/ 0 nays/0 abstain/ 0 absent MOTION CARRIED

ABSTRACTS:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Abrial and seconded by Councilwoman Kardash to pay Abstract #1– Vouchers #1- #15 in the amount of $2,188.04
5 ayes/ 0 nays/0 absent MOTION CARRIED

WATER REPORT:
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilwoman Verschneider to accept the monthly water report.

OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
• Glenn Ballard, the new Water Operator is working with Ted. He has a town cell phone that is online. The phone is set up with Omnilert. Supervisor Entwistle stated Glenn is a fast learner and computer savvy.

A motion was made by Councilwoman Abrial and seconded by Councilwoman Kardash to adjourn the meeting.
