ABSENT: No members of the town Board were absent.

CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 6:39 pm by Supervisor Entwistle.
TOWN CLERK MINUTES:
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilwoman Kardash to accept the minutes from the October 16, 2022, Water District #1 Meeting.
5 ayes/ 0 nays/0 abstain/ 0 absent MOTION CARRIED
ABSTRACTS:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Kardash and seconded by Councilwoman Verschneider to pay Abstract #11– Vouchers #133- #152 in the amount of $2,393.07
5 ayes/ 0 nays/0 absent MOTION CARRIED

WATER REPORT:
A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilwoman Abrial to accept the monthly water report.

OLD BUSINESS:
• Buckhorn Updates: Supervisor Entwistle stated a welcome letter has been sent to customers. The initial quarter bills have been sent out. They are currently waiting for the Attorney’s office to send out certified letters. Once they are returned, they can transfer the assets to the Town.
• John Broadbent, from the gallery asked if the guys for the water District are going to work for the Buckhorn water district. Supervisor Entwistle stated the billing collector and rent collector, operators are paid a separate stipend. The Buckhorn Water District is entirely separate than Water District #1. The Water money’s will not mix.
