The Area Variance Hearing is being held to review and accept public comments on an application from James and Minna Allison for a 2-lot subdivision on a non-conforming lot. An approximate 0.75 +/- acre parcel of land, tax map no. 19.001-1-22, 1174 Bear Creek Road, Woodgate, NY 13494. BY ORDER OF THE TOWN BOARD.
