CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 9:30 am by Supervisor Entwistle.
Supervisor Entwistle read the legal notice aloud. This was posted to the Town website, social media and local radio station as of 8:00 am on March 1, 2022.

There is a contract agreement with Orrick for bond counsel work for the Town of Forestport’s portion of the wastewater treatment plant grant. The Environmental Facilities Corporation through the New York State Department of Conservation has awarded the town $1.4 million dollars for the project and the town is responsible for up to 25% which is $350,000.00. The Town is going to bond for their portion for the sewer district. Supervisor Entwistle read resolution #2 of 2022 aloud

A motion was made by Councilman Scouten and seconded by Councilwoman Kardash to approve the above resolution.

ADJOURNMENT:
A motion was made by Councilwoman Kardash and seconded by Councilman Scouten to adjourn the meeting.
