Local Parks

Dutch Field Playground

For many years the Dutch Hill Ball Field and playground have been a gathering place for people of all ages.  Whether you were a ball player getting ready for the big game, parent coming to cheer on your child or just a spectator coming to enjoy the sport and support the concession stand for your dinner choice, the ball field has seen many people come and go. A special thank you to all the dedicated fans and townspeople who have supported and will continue to support the ball field and the Forestport Athletic Association.  We invite you to come and enjoy our ball park.

Our little ballfield is the home to t-ball players, little leaguers, and softball both slow pitch and fast pitch. We welcome everyone!

Scouten Field

Scouten Field was dedicated to Pete Scouten Jr in 2013 by the then Supervisor Hasenauer.
Scouten Field is utilized by young children learning the game, as it is not a regulation field. Locals have been enjoying the field for decades, and many local children played their first game of catch on this field. For information about holding events or games, please contact the Town Clerk.
